It was on the corner of Fremont and Main across from the California and Plaza Casinos and was torn down a few years ago when they built Circa.

Didn’t take long, we recognized that straight away, the big giveaway was the Nelis Airforce base in the foreground!

That is Highway 604 heading away from Nelis AFB up past Las Vegas Speedway. There is a little bit of lens compression used to make the Skyline seem closer and larger than it really is (standard for Hollywood) but if you zoom in on Google Street view you can get the same composition!
