Yeah, there are considerable savings to be had when using the Pass. We always pack in the Free stuff as well but many paid attractions are just too good to miss, like the One World Observatory you mention, and that is not even the best of the observations decks! 

Sounds like you had a a great time in the City, like most of us do, it really is an incredible place to visit

Great to hear from a Local. We often hear of people using passes in their own Cities especially when they have guests visiting. After all, people still like saving money at home as well as away!

The places I paid to visit were the top of 1 Trade Center to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city from its newest tallest attraction. The other attractions I love to see are theatrical shows. But right now I believe these are closed because of the Omicron virus. 

Doing it in this way actually saves money based on your article.

We have used these passes over several trips and still have not seen everything on the list! They really do offer an incredible amount of attractions

We hear all the time that locals in so many Cities do not regularly visit their own attractions. We ourselves have barely done any touristy things in our home city, but spend all our vacation time doing the tourist hotspots in other people’s cities! 

The View from the Empire State rally is stunning and you are right, spending Sunset up high in New York is remarkable, the transition from Day to night is mindblowing!

Yep these are far from inexpensive and for families, it really can be a lot of cash, while it can save a lot more, in the long run, it’s still a bit outlay and essential you get it right. 

There is a lot of choice and getting the right pass really makes or breaks your trip, that feeling of not getting value out of a product really sucks, and can take the shine off a trip. 

We have always had great experiences when testing the passes and have saved a heap of cash so when you get it right they work great. But it pays to consider all the options! 

I totally agree that some though needs to be put into this as passes are far from cheap.

It is essential to actually sit down and consider what the pass gives you and exactly how many of the attractions you are actually interested in.  If the entrance costs of the ones you really want to visit is less than the pass cost, then it’s a no brainer, you don’t buy the pass.

The pass really helps ou get under the skin of the City.
